Stainless Steel Sleeving

In 1994 we realized that there was a need to keep vintage cylinders on vehicles because of the date codes and serial numbers that collectors needed . Using the HALRAY method, we use 304 drawn stainless steel in our sleeving operation.  The cylinders is cleaned and honed to remove any surface debris.  The honed cylinder is then cut to receive the precisley measured, cut and drilled sleeve.   The sleeve is inserted with an anerobic, heat cured. sealer retainer and press-fit into position.  All bleed holes are then drilled, deburred, honed and the cylinder is now ready to rebuild.
